Pricing informationPrices per night flat plus local tax. Surcharge for an additional person in the flat € 30.00 per day For a stay of up to 3 days, a short stay fee(15%) will be charged The final cleaning for the flats is not included in the price and will be charged once Arrival and departure Please note that your apartment is ready for occupancy from 15:00 at the earliest on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we can make your apartment available to you until 9:00 am. If you arrive after 19:00, please let us know. Deposit For a firm booking we require a deposit of 40% of the total price. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.Local tax The local tax is 5,00€ per person (from 15 years) and night. This must be paid in cash on site. Bread roll serviceYou can order fresh bread rolls for the apartments daily until 10:00 a.m. for breakfast, which you will find at the front door every morning. Parking There are 2 free parking spaces available in front of the house Ski passYou can find the current ski pass prices here. To avoid long queues at the ski pass cash desk, you can also buy your ski pass directly at the reception next door. Cancellation Winter up to 3 months before arrival - no costs up to 30 days before arrival - 40% of the total price 29 days to the day of arrival and in case of no-show - 90% of the total price in case of early departure - 100% of the total price Summer Cancellation free of charge up to 21 days before arrival, thereafter 100% of the total price.In the event that something unexpected happens, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
